Who we are

ProfileWorks is a Cornwall-based service that reviews and fixes Google Business Profiles for local businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

Run by Josh, based in Falmouth, covering all Cornwall.

What we collect

When you submit the "Get a free Google Profile Check" form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your business name
• Your email address
• Your Google Business Profile URL
• Your website URL, if you provide one (this field is optional)

We don't use cookies or analytics tracking on this site at present. If that changes, this policy will be updated to reflect it.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to review your Google Business Profile, send you the free report we describe on this site, and follow up about the Google Profile Fix service if you're interested. We don't use it for any other purpose.

How it's handled

Form submissions are processed through Web3Forms, a third-party service that delivers your submission to our inbox. Web3Forms acts as a data processor on our behalf and doesn't use your information for its own purposes. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the service. If nothing comes of an enquiry, we delete it within a reasonable period afterward.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you can ask us to show you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To do any of these, email hello@profileworks.co.uk.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
